Here's what happened...
for the past 3 days, I've tried to purchase Rainbow Six Extraction and some Rainbow 6 credits over 50 times, using 3 cards from three different banks of three different countries, 1 Paypal account — all failed.
I have contacted all three banks and PayPal and they all stated that there is no problem with the card.
I updated my MacBook and cleared the cache using 5 browsers, incognito mode — failed.
I used 5+ different internets including data roaming — failed
I used the same address as the bank address — failed
Now I wonder if the problem is from Ubisoft? The customer service doesn’t seem to care. I have posted this in the Ubisoft Reddit too and just want to get some help. Please, help me.
