[2022] Maining an operator matters in extraction?

From what I saw is that maining somebody matters meaning it could be a detriment to the team now? for example if I main Vigil someone needs to be a healer and if someone doesn't like or wanna be healer the missions will be harder without one and if we needed to find things I'd need to be Lion or Pulse? it seems like medkits are kinda scarce in the zones? You got healers, soft breachers and then the intel operators, it seems based on who you pick is incredibly important now and unless you pick ones needed for missions your team will be f*cked if they dont have the right ones?

I remember in the stream CoreRoss did nobody was a healer and they needed to find a medkit because they were low on health

All in all it seems like you shouldn't main someone in extraction
