[2022] Extraction has fast become one of my favourite games.

So I got this game for my 22nd Birthday after playing through my friends Buddy Pass and after experiencing the full game for about a couple months now it has really become a favourite of mine.

The overall concept of Rainbow Six Extraction is very cool imo, fighting off an alien invasion by going to different parts of the world to gather research in order to learn their strengths and weaknesses to work out the best way to combat them. I'm sold.

The gameplay's so much fun and quite addicting on both sides, playing stealth feels so satisfying, especially when you manage to complete an objective and make it to the airlock without alerting a single Archean (And the stealth takedowns are cool to watch). Going guns blazing is just as fun as Extraction shares Siege's gunplay which is probably my favourite gunplay out of every shooter I've played, every gun is different and requires learning (Which attachments are best for you? What's your ideal weapon? An AR? SMG?)

This combined with the all the gadgets and abilities your Operators come with, this game really makes you slow down, think and plan out your Infiltration and I really like that strategizing aspect of Extractionand again, it ends up feeling really satisfying when your planning pays off and you're left with a successful incursion (Especially on a Solo Critical)

So yeah, Rainbow Six Extraction is one of my favourite games. Sure it's simple but it's a hell of a lot of fun, which is exactly what a game should be.
