Can you play with just one other person and does difficulty, enemy level/health, etc. adjust accordingly? Or is 3 players total always required? If you have only 2 people does it add a random 3rd or can you set to private for duo only?

You can play Solo, Duo or Trios with pre-made squads or with random match-making to fill in the squad.

You have the option to turn squad fill off

Difficulty scales to the number of players in the squad.
