I finished 2 objectives of a mission and rescued my fallen squad mates. I was able to successfully GTFO and extract, but my operator is now showing as injured and unplayable. Can anyone explain this to me?

External link →Your Operator has 100 HP which is represented by the white HP bar.
Any Health Packs you pick up during a mission are only “Overheal” and this is temporary.
If you drop below 100 white HP during a mission, you will need to complete further Incusrions to heal your Ops white HP.
As others have said. Don’t wait until you have lost white HP to pick up Health Packs. It’s better to have as much blue Overheal as early as possible, to protect your white HP.
