Installed the game recently. When I start the game it show the yellow box like in the picture, then black screen then back to desktop with the yellow box, then black screen again, then back to desktop where the Ubi connect do the sync thing after you close a game.

I reinstalled the game and verified the files and tried every "fix" I found on the internet.

These steps can help rule out many of the common causes for technical-related issues. I understand you have already performed several actions to try and remedy the issue, but we must cover everything in the article first.

  1. Have you received any error messages? If so, what exactly does the error message/s state?
