no matter what I do I cant hear any dialog. I've tried changing my sound quality from 48000 to 44100 didn't work. I've tried updating my drivers all my drivers are up to date and I still have this issue. I've tried restarting my pc still nothing. and I tried changing my default audio device nope. my dialog volume is at max and I still cant hear anything. I don't know how to solve this issue I've tried for hours and still no fix. and the headset I'm using is a Logitech G432.

Can you please confirm if you tried disconnecting your headset in order to check if the issue persists in any other sound output devices? Secondly, can you please perform all of the troubleshooting steps listed in this and this article? These will help you to eliminate any potential software conflicts.
