I am playing the new extraction event and i have done all the missions and instead of getting 2 alpha packs this week.I got only one.I have opened and closed the game several times and i am still playing and i have not received my alpha pack from the event and neither the nem vigil skin.
The Vigil skin/charm is a reward for Rainbow Six Extraction and not Siege but you earn it by playing Siege.
You will need to contact Customer Support if you feel you are missing a Reward Containment Pack.
