You may want to raise the question on the discord (https://discord.gg/ubisoftsupport) or open a support ticket on the Ubi website.

Like u/WastedPanic has said. You will be able to get some help for your issue from Support. The Discord is a great place to chat with Support Agents about your problem and they are the most knowledgeable about tech issues.
Hope you can get up an running again ASAP.
