I'm having issues with the 2-step verification on my account. I could easily set up my email, but I'm not receiving the phone number security code. I've tried 2 different phone numbers, and none of them worked (One got suspended for too many tries) And I've also tried the google authenticator codes, but they don't work. Please I need help! I want to play my games properly!

Hey there @jorgebacon, thank you for taking the time to get in touch. I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues adding a mobile number to your Ubisoft account. I have taken a look into this from my end and I can see that you have a case open regarding this. An update has since been provided, could you please take a look?
