hello, I wrote to ubisoft to help me with the error to start the game because the message "there was a problem authentication the ownership of this product" popped up, they told me to send various files and a photo from steam, when I sent them all, they stopped writing back! I wrote a second time on messenger and they also stopped replying. I've been waiting for 2 days, I know it may not be enough because they can fix the problem but at least they could have written me to wait patiently or something. outrageous behavior on the part of Ubisoft!
