[2022] This is super annoying, cursor should not be enabled when bringing up the radial menu, it should respond to the *direction* you move your mouse instead of having to move it all over the place and try to spot where the tiny cursor on the screen is

The chat wheel should respond to the direction of mouse movement, not the position of the cursor.
If the cursor is on the far left side of the screen moving it directly up or down won't in fact select the top or bottom options on the wheel, but the top left and bottom left positions.
It also means you have to move the mouse all the way across the screen if you want to select an option on the right side of the wheel because it remembers the position the cursor was in from the last time you used the menu.
You can't just open it, swipe up and close it, you have to open it, look for the cursor and carefully move it into the right position.
