[2022] Foam can't be picked up by another Player

I am not sure if this is intentional or a Bug

But if you pick up a Foam canister from extraction and drop it, other players can't pick it up.
Only the player who takes the canister originally from extraction is the only person who can carry it around.

Just to be clear there is no issue with other players getting their own canister from the machine
