Hi, i with my friend have problems with second authenticator (mobile phone), from czech republic. It can not send SMS on our phones. Do you know why?

Hey there everyone, I am sorry to hear that a lot of you have been experiencing problems adding a phone number to your Ubisoft accounts for Rainbow Six Extraction. If you are still experiencing problems but you have not yet created a live chat with one of our specialists, could you please reach out, create a case and start one? We will then look into a possible solution.

It is important to note that chats are only available from 9:30 am - 2:30 am ET, seven days a week.

If you have spoken to a specialist and they confirm that the number cannot be used, then I am afraid we are unable to assist further. I would recommend that you try a different number. I understand that this may not be the update that you were hoping for, and I want to apologise for any disappointment that this may have caused.

If anyone has any questions or runs into issues creating a case, please do not hesitate to let me know and I will gladly look into it further from my end.
