[2022] Game unplayable on Xbox One and Ubisoft Support Team don't help

So an issue I have since release is that my game will play normally then every 30 seconds it will freeze for 3-4 seconds, it have mess me up so much I resulted to streaming the game to play it, which I have better experience with.
