[2021] Question about the NDA

So I’ve never been invited to a tech test like this before. Read through the NDA and it all seems clear cut for the most part. The question I have is will I be able to chat on discord with other players that have access? I know I can’t share anything, just wondering if I can talk to players I’m playing with…you know..like in online video games lol.

Just curious if I will need to use game chat or if I can use discord.

Also Ubisoft is allowed to acquire data on my hardware, does this include background processes?

I am not a streamer, but I use voicemeeter to route audio between different audio inputs and outputs. Is it against the terms to run voicemeeter? It doesn’t record, just not sure if I need to disable it or anything. New to this type of test, I generally just get to play open betas.
