[2022] Flashbang (Stun Grenade) Crashes my game when thrown.

9 times out of 10 my game runs smoothly with no issues, however I have encountered a really annoying glitch with the game (if not with my pc). rarely when I through a stun grenade my game will freeze and then the Ubisoft crash report will appear and the game will close.

I was just wondering if this was a common glitch with the game or if I have an issue with my pc. And of course any help would be appreciated.
