[2022] Why am I being put on the server with the highest latency?

I want to inform you about the problem of changing servers and increasing latency.

When I'm looking for a Casual / Unranked / Ranked game in the lobby my ping is less than 30 and when the game starts it goes up to more than 130. The problem is that in the game lobby I have the indication that I am on the sp-lest server -1 and when it finds a match I move to the server in the south of Brazil. And I've already done all the troubleshooting provided by the support team with no positive results.

Any views will be appreciated.
