For my first few gateways I got protean smoke and now I get nothing but protean alibi. Does anybody know if they rotate out on like a daily/weekly basis or if its randomly picked from the (I think) 3 proteans currently out?

External link →Enemies and objectives are all randomly generated so it’s a luck game for the most part. The enemies are tiered however, so you have a higher chance of facing tougher enemies on the harder difficulties.
