[2022] Gameplay Freezing Issue

So I've been looking around for a while and I can't find any information on anything but Startup Crashing and Freezing/Black screen solutions were all I found.

Every minute or so within the game itself be it the menus or actually playing my game freezes up for a couple of seconds. My teammates in-game see my character frozen as well this has been happening consistently and I've already reinstalled my game but to no avail.

Edit: I feel that I should slip in that this happens on XBox
