Almost four days without any answer other than a 'in progress' support ticket status change, after posting a question here on forums, which was moved into a separate thread with no answer too, I decided to request for a refund... just to discover ALL my attempts on 3 web browsers ended on an error page, not changing the order status to anything, as well as discovering my orders page on Ubsoft Connect are... empty!
Please put your [censored] together, Ubisoft. This is derailing into a fire dumpster regarding credibility, as the whole Siege/Extraction United Bundle is posing itself as a joke, to say the least. Not to mention all other stuff I'm learning here on forums... it's really something to worry about!
