[2022] Duo queuing ranked and can't find a game

Me and my friend is queuing a ranked match and we haven't gotten in to one in like 4-5 hours. We have played some quick matches but we still have to wait like 7 minutes minimum. We have both reinstalled ubisoft connect and we still can't find a game. I have tried solo que and that works but as soon as my friend join we can'g get into a ranked match.
