[2022] Is anybody else having issues with stuns? (Grenades and Abilites)

Whenever I throw stuns like Elas Grzmot mines or paralysis grenades, 80% of the time nothing happens. The explosion will occur and the target(s) won't be stunned. This only happens when I'm NOT playing solo and I hate because it's embarrassing to die in such a pathetic way and screw my team over.
