[2022] *Wipes* *F-ING* *Brow* There are 171 Discovery Points!

I think I got them all. Bloody ridiculous lol. It took a few guides (which are all incomplete in some way), and some tedious, TEDIOUS exploring, but I can unconfidantly say I think that's all of them.

That being said, as on my travels I couldn't find a complete list I was thinking of making my own to help everyone out. Let me know if that would interest you guys.

P.S. A little excessive Ubisoft...

EDIT: Most maps have 15 points, however a few have between 12 and 14. As angry as this will make me, I have this sneaking suspicion that all maps have 15 for a nice, even 180 points in total. BRB, going to go insane trying to find 9 more.
