So I think we all know by now that impacts and stuns are ridiculously useful.
However, one commonly overlooked gadget is the glue grenade. I really can’t think of a situation where you would rather bring glue grenades in favor of just bringing Ela, nomad, or just gridlock, which as far as I can tell, all achieve the same effect, which is to slow the enemies down. So, in order to make them more viable, I think that these glue grenades could be used for a second purpose: to patch up holes in walls and hatches.
In Extraction, breachers can very quickly blow holes in even reinforced walls, which can become a nightmare when you have enemies converging from multiple entrances. To combat this, you could throw the glue grenade onto the reinforced wall to make a impact grenade-size patch of glue which could harden and plug up holes made by breachers. This would act a bit like reinforcements on windows, which can be destroyed by grunts, but takes a while and makes a very noticeable noise. This would make glue grenades much more useful on objectives where you have to defend a site, like spectral scans or the explosive charges.
What do you guys think?
