[2022] Finka regenerative boost not working

I got finka to level 10 and i cant see any effect of the level 7 and 10 upgrade to her ability. There is no regeneration of bonus hp. on me or nearby teammates, both when the initial boost remains untouched and when it is completely destroyed. Am i misinterpreting what these upgrades do or are they plain bugged (for me)
