If you look closely, the second imagine is a provisional PEGI rating, not a finalized rating.
That image is from the E3 trailer from back in summer 2021.
Whilst I’m not aware of what exactly the rules are regarding PSN age restrictions, you can consider the PEGI rating in the most recent trailers/videos to be the right one.

There has not been any Extraction Alpha or Beta, only a couple of Technical Tests, which are not the same thing.

Yes, there’s no progress to carry over to the full game. It was a Technical Test and not a Beta remember. The goal was to make sure all systems were working correctly.

There is no way for a 4th player to spectate in-game using anything existing in-game right now.
I’m assuming you all are console players, but with crossplay, if even one of you has a PC, it’s possible for that person to stream the game via something like Discord. The other 3 could also be in that Discord channel and the person who’s rotating could watch the stream via Discord and rotate that way.
If you have the capability to stream via Twitch from your console, that’s also another possibility

Yes, the cross offer is linked to owning Extraction so you will need to launch Extraction before being able to receive anything.

Any Rewards can only be claimed once Extraction actually releases. You’ll also need to make sure to sign into Extraction and Siege on the same Ubisoft Connect account to get the Cross Offer rewards.
