Not sure what crashing issue you’re referring to.

If you’re referring to anything hypothetical in a TTS that you may or may not have participated in and signed an NDA disallowing you have discussing anything publicly about said TTS then I wouldn’t worry about crashing.

TTS builds are already months old when players get their hands on them and aren’t anything close to the stability of the most up to date launch build.

The only way to guarantee 100% you get the Deluxe edition rewards is to buy that version.

If the enemies themselves are what you mean by "boring blue things" there's no change, but if what you are referring to is some very early leaked footage of the VR Training Mode, where the enemies are not actually enemies but holograms of enemies that disappear into "blocks" of sorts then do not worry, that's the VR Training mode. Those fake enemies behave very similarly to a certain gadget in Siege.

Extraction is great in the sense that it incentivizes you to try out Ops you’d never play in Siege. Just in general and also through the MIA mechanic. Who you choose for you squad is really based on the 3 random objectives you get.

It’s also important to level up all characters because the ranked Maelstrom mode has a limited set roster to choose from each week, so your mains might not be available and you don’t want to be doing Maelstrom with low-level Ops.

There are 30 Milestones in total and with the XP required to complete each milestone increasing each time, Milestone 17 is nowhere near even half of the way through the game. It’s 1 Milestone after unlocking the Maelstrom Protocol ranked mode.

Don’t worry, you’ll get to Milestone 17 relatively quickly if you keep most of your roster away from MIA

I’m not a console player and definitely don’t play with mnk on console but this section from an Accessibility blog on the game suggests there’s at least some form of mnk support on consoles. At least there’s definitely a lot more options than Siege due to it not being a competitive game:

Apart from the United Front bundle you get from launching Extraction and Siege on the same Ubisoft Connect account and unlocking the 18 Extraction Operators if you don’t have them already unlocked in Siege, there’s no shared rewards/cosmetics between the 2 games.

Ubisoft+ isn’t being added to Gamepass. You will however be able to get Ubisoft+ on Xbox, where is was only previously available on PC

For the weapons you will have to unlock weapons for each Operator as you level them up. Operators have other weapons than their usual load out in Siege, this is tied to their CTU.

You’ll have to wait just a little bit longer to know what Operators are available straight off the bat.
