Please remember that invites are locked to the platform of the person sending the invitation.

ie. If you are on PC, you can only invite other PC players.

If you are not logged in when you get the invite, it will present you with a choice of platform but this choice will not have any effect. (When making that choice it will tell you that the platform is locked if you read carefully)

If you are using a voice chat platform like Discord for Comms whilst playing it must only be with other registered members who have also signed the NDA.

As long as you are not recording anything or streaming/sharing anything you will be fine.

You are able to communicate via whatever means you wish but it must only be with other people who have signed the NDA to participate in the test.

Of course we encourage people to test the in-game voice and text chat as it will help identify any issues ahead of launch!

Invites are tied to the platform of the person who sends the invite.

(If you receive an invite but aren’t logged in at the time you will be given a choice of platform but this choice will not be taken into account and you will still be registered on the platform of the person who invited you)

Please note that friend invites are locked to the platform that the sender is on though.

It's possible your wife's account is currently "Opted Out" of receiving Ubisoft Marketing Emails. This can be changed in your Marketing Preferences

Also possible it has landed in her spam.
