[2020] R6 credits not showing up

I tried to buy 1200 R6 credits to support the game about 45 minutes ago and the credits havent appeared on my account I tried restarting the game but it didnt work can you fix this please. I have also checked it the payment went through and it says that 7.99 was deducted from my account
