[2020] Will my console rainbow stats transfer to PC?

Hello everyone. I don't exactly know where to post this, so move or what ever if necessary. I am currently in the process of building a PC. Still getting the parts, I've been a siege player for a long time now. I started back in Black Ice. I am wondering if when I transfer over if I use my Ubisoft account on my ps4 if my stats and purchases will carry over? I am much less worried about operators since I will be purchasing the complete edition plus year 3 pass.

I am mainly concerned about weapon skins and uniforms. Elites and just general outfits and items. I really don't want to have to repurchase them.
Also, will my level and rank carry over?
