I clicked "Launch" for Rainbow Six Siege in Epic Games Launcher and it pops up ubisoft login. After I log in, it displays "An Epic Games service is unavailable at the moment. Please try again later. I noticed in other forums such as For Honor is having the same issues. Fixes

Hey!

Could you quit both the Epic launcher and Uplay.
Sign in to Uplay, then sign into epic and run the game.
Do you have the same issue?

Please accept my apologies that we could not provide an update on your thread until today. Does this issue still persist at the moment?

On our end, I'd recommend completing our connectivity troubleshooting guide for Uplay PC. This will ensure that your connection to the Ubisoft services and servers are optimised. Additionally, though this is not strictly a technical-based error message, I'd recommend completing our basic PC troubleshooting steps; if there are any software / background app conflicts that are interrupting your connection, or issues with the installation, these will help

On the side of Epic Games, it may be best to contact them directly to ask their advice on if they're experiencing any outages / degradation, and inquire as to any recommended troubleshooting they can provide.

If this is the case, and the error message relates specifically to Epic Games, as I mentioned previously, I'd definitely get in touch with them to check that there are no issues on that end.

That said, can you tell me whether you have your Epic Games and Uplay PC clients installed on the same HDD / SSD? Have you tried any further troubleshooting in case it is a display / loading error, such as to reinstall Uplay PC?

Sure thing. Can you first of all attempt the steps suggested in the post I've quoted above please? We can help you to unlink your Epic and Ubisoft accounts by contacting support but I'd suggest attempting these steps first of all before doing so.
