completing our connectivity troubleshooting guide for Uplay PC. This will ensure that your connection to the Ubisoft services and servers are optimised. Additionally, though this is not strictly a technical-based error message, I'd recommend completing our
basic PC troubleshooting steps; if there are any software / background app conflicts that are interrupting your connection, or issues with the installation, these will help
On the side of Epic Games, it may be best to contact them directly to ask their advice on if they're experiencing any outages / degradation, and inquire as to any recommended troubleshooting they can provide.
