Hello edgxlord thanks for reaching out to us. You can take a screenshot of the game via Ubisoft Connect using the F12 button by default.

Can you let me know if you have any other game launchers running in the background, that have their overlay enabled that could be causing conflict with taking screenshots, this could be Epic or Steam?

@edgxlord Thank you for sharing this! Please disable Overwolf as a background application and let me know if you notice improvements.

@edgxlord Thank you for your reply. This error is a Windows error and research into it suggests that doing the following should help fix it:

First, press the Windows key + E keys at the same time to open File Explorer.
Then open the game’s folder in File Explorer.
Right-click the dxgi.dll file in the game’s folder and select Rename.
Enter d3d11.dll as the new file title, and press the Return key.

Once done try launching the game and seeing if the issue continues.

Thank you.

@edgxlord Gotcha, sorry to hear this. At this point, I'd recommend that you reach out to our Support Team via our Support Website, Twitter DMs, or Facebook PMs with copies of your MSINFO and DXDiag and a description of the issue (you can even send a link to your post here). Once received, our teams will be able to look into this further with you.

If you're contacting through Social Media, please make sure to also include the username and email address associated with your Ubisoft account. Our teams there will have to link your account before you're able to upload your files. Thank you!
