I forgot my password to my account and am trying to get it reset but when I click for it to send me and email, I get no email.

Is this for the same account you are signed into now called @guest-t59V5vDV ? I've just manually sent you a password reset email so hopefully you got this one. Please check your spam/junk folder too if you still don't see it.

Often when reset emails aren't received it's due to a typo of the email address on the account, so we would need to help you change that through a support ticket or live chat if you still don't see the email. It could also just be an issue with the email provider, so we can help you change it to something different then send a new password to the new address. Then you can change it back again if you wished to do so.

Hey @Boimoon Sorry to hear that you are not receiving the password reset email on your old email account.

We are more than happy to assist you with this. However, we are unable to send a password reset email to the old account, as we would need information about it and due to security reasons are not able to ask for such information on the forums I would advise (if you haven't already) to create a support case (as Ubi-Froggard as provided a link for it) and let us know about the account on which you do not receive the reset email, and we would be more than happy to take a closer look for you.
