As the title stated, I am able to download all other titles without any issue but the only one game that I can't download is Rainbow 6 Siege.

It pops up a window that states "Failed to start download"

with a subtitle stating "Download failed. Please check that you have an active connection to the internet and sufficient space on your hard drive, then click retry to start the download again, or try again later."

I've clicked retry, restarted my PC and then retry but to no avail.

A download issue with Uplay may have been a temporary issue so if you are yet to, please try again. If you still receive the error, however, please follow the steps below:

1. Reinstall Uplay and also run it as an admin:

Uninstall the Uplay launcher from your PC from the 'Installed Programs' icon in your computer's control panel.

During the installation, there will be checkboxes to 'Uninstall Uplay games' and 'Delete local save game files'. Leave these options unchecked otherwise, you will have to re-download and install your games again and may lose your saved games.

Download Uplay from here:

https://uplay.ubi.com/

Once the Uplay client is reinstalled please do the following:-

Go to the following location - C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher

- Right click Uplay.exe

- Select properties

- Switch to the compatibility tab and tick run this program as an administrator.

- Click Apply and then OK.

Once you have done this please try to run the game download again.

Let us know if you are still having issues after this.

Have you played the game previously? It doesn't appear to be in your library at least on this account. If you're not sure of any other accounts you have we can look to try and find this for you but you will need to contact support directly.
