I wanted to play some siege after the last update with my friends, it finally updates, I get into a party, we load into a casual. I choose my operator, and bang! hit with the 2-0x00019008 error code for being inactive. Before I even load into the game. less than 20 seconds in the game I get kicked. While they're playing, I try to load into another quick match. I spawn, then BANG, same error code, kicked for being inactive. I went off, re-launched the game, came back, same thing, every other game I tried, I never even get to spawn. same error code.

I spent the past week trying to fix this. I keep getting the same error, even after, deleting all my VPN software(all inactive) flushing my dns, resetting my hosts files on windows, a fresh re-install. Nope nothing. I opened each individual port manually, both on the firewall on my PC, and on my router. Nothing. I went through and made exceptions, not just for the applications, the processes within BE, within Ubisoft. EVERYTHING SHOULD BE WORKING. But it's not.

I need some help, the ubisoft support told me to do a fresh install, and to open all the ports on my router. And I've been waiting for a reply from specialised support for a solid 3 days

Hey @bimbles04, thank you for getting in contact with us and letting us know you have opened a support ticket.

I am unable to advise other troubleshooting that may have helped, as it will most likely be the same troubleshooting you have been asked to perform via your ticket.

What I can do is advise you to perform a traceroute for any external restrictions on your connection, as this information may help with the investigation we already have open.

Please try the following, take a screenshot, and upload it to your case if you can, thank you >

- Press Windows key + R on PC
- Enter the letters: CMD and run as administrator.
- Enter the word: tracert -d 216.98.55.85
- Press enter, then screenshot the screen once the program has finished and upload to your case

Hey @Puorc-QDB !

I understand you are also being kicked from Rainbow Six: Siege due to inactivity. So we can look into this, could you please let us know what platform you're on and if you receive an error code/message when getting kicked?
