I bought the premium pass for crystal guard for 1200 r6 credits. It says i unlock Osa, the premium track and get a 30% battle point boost but i dont get any extra battle points after a match. My friend bought the exact same thing at the exact same time and he gets the extra battle points.
Hey! The dev team are aware of this issue with the Premium Bonus that is part of the Premium Battle Pass track. It is being actively investigated.

As Ubi-Viral stated, it's a matter that our team is aware of and are already working on.
In the meantime, to aid us in further investigation, should issue occur again, make sure to save your match ID and send it over to us, which we will be able to pass on.
Please do note however that there is a possibility that the remaining BP may be received at a later stage and there is a possibility for a slight delay, so give it some time too and if nothing - let us know.
