Since the new season dropped I cant play rainbow because of this bug where I am mid game and I completely loose audio of the game, like 30 seconds later it will freeze and I have to restart the game and it happensa like four thimes every match and it has make me imposible to play and i already saw more people like this and its been a long time now since the season dropped and ubisoft havents said 1 word of this bug.

Thank you so much for providing these videos, JayGuards!! For starters, please complete all the steps listed here to see if they resolve this problem. Then, if the steps in that guide do not help, please answer the following questions for me.

1. Does the game only crash during a match or does it crash in other parts of the game as well (main menu, on launch, etc.)?
2. Do you ever notice any error messages or codes?
3. How often does this happen?

Chilakil128, please feel free to answer these questions as well. I would be more than happy to pass your answers along to the relevant teams for further review!
