as i said any full auto gun in game randomly stops shooting i have a RocCat kone aimo as a mouse but i dont think its the problem because it works good in other games tried already reinstalling the game.

That's an odd behaviour, indeed. I'm sorry this is happening to you. We will try our best to help you on this matter.
First, I will recommend our technical troubleshooting guide. It could help resolve the issue as it provides general steps that cover most of the issues' sources.
Then, could you please try with another mouse (if possible) and let us know of any changes with it?

Do you happen to use the Roccat Swarm software to manage your mouse drivers and shortcut buttons? If so, there may be a compatibility issue between that software the Rainbow Six: Siege. Is the other mouse you tested also a Roccat mouse?

Is there any drives you can download for the Roccat mouse as that may help resolve it?
Also, has it worked fine previously and only just started happening on this season or since latest patch?

DxDiag system report (hardware)
MSInfo system report (software) Video of the Issue (Youtube / Vimeo link for example)
A specialist will then take a look at the reports, and check with you what can be done.
