Hi Ubisoft,

In last season support for 32:9 monitors didn't work properly and you were looking for a fix (which you implemented multiple times before, since it breaks every season). In Crystal Guard 32:9 aspect ratio is still broken, giving 32:9 users huge black bars on the side. Fun fact: using the benchmarktool does give a 32:9 aspect ratio. There was a topic on the old forum about this specific topic as well (https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthread.php/2295008-32-9-Support-then-bugged-then-fixed-then-bugged-again/page2: (https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthread.php/2295008-32-9-Support-then-bugged-then-fixed-then-bugged-again/page2)), were you mention looking for a fix, hopefully a permanent one this time.

Also: if this simply means you are not support 32:9 anymore, you can mention that as well. I would like to post some screenshots, this new forum does not allow it: Either dimensions are too big or the file-size is too big. If you would like some screenshots, just let me know and I can e-mail them possibly to you.

Hey! This issue with 32:9 support is known to the dev team and is being investigated.

I am unable to provide a time frame for when it will be resolved, however.

Hello everyone, thank you for your replies.

The widescreen support has been a topic that has been under investigation for some time, as new reports of this come through with each update.

To help us with our investigation, could you provide the following information, so that we can pass this onto our QA team to reproduce >

The size of your monitor's aspect ratio
The exact model of your monitor
A screenshot of your in-game video settings
A screenshot that shows black bars in PvP / A screenshot that shows black bars a PvE match

We will continue to pass this information onto the Siege QA team to look into, thank you.
