@Arrow_VI Hi there! I apologize for the inconvenience. To confirm the issue you're referring to, are you missing some rewards from the Premium Battle Pass such as Battle Tokens and Breach charges?

Please continue the conversation with one of your support tickets and let the others close to have this looked into further with you effectively.

@everyone else who is having the issue with the previous rewards not unlocking when receiving the battlepass, this is a separate issue from the original posters issue. That issue is known and you can reach out on a private channel if you haven't already and provide an image of the battlepass highlighting which rewards were not received.

If a permanent ban has been placed on your account and you would like to appeal this, please open a direct case via our Support Site, Facebook or Twitter to do so.

Please be aware that we cannot assist with or change the outcome of ban appeals via the forums.

@Arrow_VI - a fix is planned for the next patch to address issues with Year 7 Pass owners not receiving the Premium Battle Pass, the date of this has not been confirmed.

And a fix was released a couple of days ago to resolve issues with rewards not being granted correctly.

I'm told this should have been resolved on update Y7S4.2.

Are you still not able to access it?

@Arrow_VI I passed yours on too, as I assume you are still having the issue and wouldn't have said that if you weren't?
