I think you may be on the wrong account. The Uplay account you are posting from only has the Free Weekend versions of the game on and has no Steam account linked to it.

Hello everyone,

I looked into darktemp2019 and igor55killer accounts and from my side I can see you both have a Uplay level that is not 0 and I can also see you have club points on your account.

I believe this may be two things -

Firstly, it could be a visual bug by Ubisoft Club and it appears as if you have no level and no points, if so please wait 24 hours then try looking again, as this happened to me and it went back to normal after 1 day as it was a temporary visual bug.

Secondly, it may be that you had Club units removed, as these now have an expiry date. As of April 2019 most players have 24 months to redeem the Club Units by spending them on in game rewards, or by redeeming them for discounts on the Ubisoft Store. After 24 months these Club Units will expire and will automatically disappear from your Ubisoft Account.

Hope that helps explain how the Club units work, if you are still unsure please get back to us here in the forums.

Would you be able to kindly clarify if you mean your level in-game and renown or are you referring to Ubisoft Club level and Club Units?

When that happens it's usually just temporary and related to club maintenance taking place. If it's still happening like the next day, then it could be an issue we can look into.

Hi Vix.BTW! There is another maintenance with Ubisoft Club today, which explains why your level and units are not displaying correctly at this time. Please check here for updates. Thank you for your patience in the meantime!
