Hello! I can try to look into this for you, perhaps a change was made.

One thing I would like to state is that 1366 x 768 is only just enough to be considered HD so perhaps it only affects that resolution.

Would it be possible to provide screenshots of what you see please? If you also have images or a video of what it was like previously at that resolution, it would be very helpful.

Sorry for the delay, I've been spending a lot of time organising forum threads today.

I can certainly see the difference. As most systems play with Medium - High settings it is difficult to determine if this affects all players. It may do, but perhaps it's only noticeable at your current settings.

Can you please confirm whether you're using a PC or Laptop, and are you able to provide your system specifications?

You have a decent system capable of playing with much higher graphics settings. Is there any particular reason you're playing with such low settings?

With a 60Hz monitor you're not going to take advantage of any frames over 60 (give or take, I believe there is a small advantage) so it may be best to increase your graphics.

Can you please try increasing your graphics settings as much as possible and let me know if that works? Even if this is not how you would like to play permanently, it may help us narrow your issue down.

I've looked up and it doesn't look like this issue has been brought up before, therefore before I do so, could you possibly provide us with a screenshot showing Holographic Sights after Shadow Legacy update too?

This was before shadow legacy update. It was clear with clarity and I was able to see the shape of my reticle.
