[2020] Matchmaking for newcomer takes forever!

Hi I am new to this game, I can't seem to find any games, is there something wrong ? the estimated time should be around 1 minute, but I wait for like 8 minutes, still nothing happened; however, I can find casual games are fine, but I am still new, I don't know much about the game.

I'm sorry that matchmaking was taking too long. I would recommend going through this FAQ to try and resolve this.

If the issue persists, please get in touch with us and include a screenshot of your port forwarding settings!

I understand your worry in regards to changing router settings, but you would really need to try and perform those steps. 99% of the time, this is where the issue lies. Perhaps you could contact your ISP for help changing the settings?

The ports needed for PC are different to PS4.

I'm sorry to hear you are having continued issues! Do you get any sort of error code? Are you playing in a group or solo? Do you have a different experience when playing either in a group or solo compared to playing as the other?
