Hello everyone,

I just got falsely banned from two games, "Rust" and "Rainbow Six Siege". These games have two things in common, firstly I purchased them both on steam, secondly the ban happened after I moved them both to the new SSD I installed. I never cheated on the game or even knew how to, plus I'm new to the game and I barely get kills in the match.

How can I appeal for an unban? Anyone has experienced like this situation? And if the support actually issue false bans removals?

Our bans are applied to accounts by our Siege security team, using player reports, cheat detection software and other means.

A ban can be appealed once if you believe it was incorrect given. We will check the details of your ban and your account data further, but all decisions are final.

If you are unhappy about a ban appeal, please note we are unable to go into detail about why this ban was applied.
The actions that can lead to a permanent ban include, but are not limited to >
 
- Toxicity
- Cheating or using an unfair advantage
- Illegal behaviour/activity 
- Account buying/selling
