undefinedI kept getting this screen after I tried reconnecting to a ranked match. I tried restarting my game, then my pc but nothing worked. After the game finished I got penalised even though it was completely out of my control. I was duo queuing and my friend said that one other person got kicked on my team and one on the other team. was this a ddos? If so why do I still get penalised?

Hey! I'm sorry for the inconvenience, I know it must be frustrating when this happens.

We are aware of an issue where players disconnect and are unable to reconnect, as the reconnect button is not working as intended.

I don't have any more information at this time. Our dev team are investigating the cause, so we can implement a fix.

DokkaTrui, thank you for listing everything you tried to remedy this problem. I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. I can assure you that this is not being ignored! As Ubi-Raziel stated, the team is aware of an issue with players not being able to reconnect to their matches after being disconnected and they're actively looking further into this. Aside from that, I do not have any additional information that I'm able to disclose at this time. I deeply apologize once again! Thank you for your continued patience.

Sorry to hear that you are still having this issue.

We have had trouble trying to recreate this issue and so I would advise firstly to ensure you have followed these steps, ensure and vpn is turned off also as this can cause this trouble

If after trying these you find you still have this issue would it be possible to send us a video as it will help us.

@seanjkplayz Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that you were disconnected from your game. It would be hard for me to tell if this was a DDOS without any further evidence, but if you have any video or further information to share, please reach out to our Support Team via our Support Website or Twitter DMs with this.

As far as the ban itself, Support is unable to lift these temporary sanctions, as they are issued server-side over an automated system. I apologize for the frustration caused by this.
