[2020] Losing MMR for wining ranked match

Hey,

This could be due to a delay in rank calculations from previous games. I'm sorry, but we have no way of manually seeing what happened or adding rank to accounts to adjust it. It's all handled by the in-game system.

A rollback or adjustment won't always be directly after the relevant match, as it may take time to process it can be a matter of hours or days before you receive any adjustment.
