To try and resolve this issue, please make sure that:
- BattlEye is updated.
As BattlEye is distributed with the game, you can make sure it is up to date by
verifying your game files.
- Your firewall or antivirus software doesn't block the files BEService.exe and BEService64.exe
You should be able to find the files in the following directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye
- You have your operating system fully up to date and all essential updates installed.
-The BELauncher.exe is always
started as an administrator.
- Your Windows is up to date and no additional updates have to be run.
To further troubleshoot the issue, please set up a clean boot up and deactivate any background applications.
In case you are still encountering the same error, please reinstall your game.
