Hi guys,

Since the new update I haven't been able to get siege to run on Xbox One.

I have a disc but there's no damage to it.

Managed to get into a game but it crashed at drone stage.

Uninstalled and reinstalled.

Played three games and on the forth lost audio for 20 seconds before the game freezes.

Quit out and get an error message saying the game is taking too long to respond.

Run full power cycle and go through the same thing...

Any help?

At what point is the crash happening for you, XSkullfire49?

If you haven't already I'd advise running through the troubleshooting here, as this helps with game crashes in Siege.

Thanks!

Hey guys,

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

Can I just check that you have already tried these steps?

After the update a week or so after the new season launch at random points throughout a game (this doesn’t happen every game) the game audio cuts out but still allows you to run around and place gadgets etc but about 20 seconds later the game completely freezes and forces you to reset. This is ruining my experience playing ranked on Siege and has given me abandon sanctions and lost MMR that I didn’t deserve. Please Ubi fix this issue as it’s making the game unplayable for myself and other players.
Hey Geekzs,

Thank you for trying all the troubleshooting steps that you have so far.

I have updated the team with this information and they are currently investigating.

Many thanks for your help!

Hi Chilakil128! These crashes may be addressed in the Y5S3.2 patch. According to this tweet, the 3.2 and 3.3 patches will be bundled together for consoles. That being said, I'd suggest checking the official Rainbow Six Siege Twitter for updates on this. In the meantime, have you tried completing some basic Xbox troubleshooting?

I'm terribly sorry to hear that, Chilakil128. I would be more than happy to gather some information and pass it along to the relevant teams for further review. At what point specifically does the game crash? Do you notice any errors or messages before or after the crashing? Did you only notice this after the initial Y5S3 patch?
