Good night, I am player of rainbow six siege and I would like to report a bug about game reconnection that happened to me. The bug is about not being able to reconnect to a ranked game and consequently loosing MMR and getting suspended, the bug ocurrs when a squad leader starts searching a ranked game and suddenly you get disconnected of the squad, soon after a message appears and it says to reconnect, when i click to reconnect, a message appears and on it is written that there is an error on r6 servers, so okay, i tried again to reconnect but it didnt give me opportunity to, so i started a ranked match and in the middle of it another message appeared saying that i got suspended and lost MMR. I hope the support can fix this error/bug. Obs: i am of Xbox One, and my nickname is StraitInk33644 i lost about 30 MMR, thanks for the attention, thats all i got to say.

Would you be able to kindly clarify what is the error message that you receive when this occurs?

Hello JHVL2015, I appreciate the update and you getting back to us.

If you ever need to check for any server or maintenance on our servers at the time you can not find a match or end up disconnection please check out this link here, next time this happens for our server status - https://rainbow6.ubisoft.com/status/

If you can not find a match after 5 minutes, please do not reconnect but exit the game instead and restart, as this bug has been known to affect players who try to re-join a match after some time. Thanks JHVL2015.

Hey JHVL2015, we were advised to tell players in this instance that you should close the message if you can, exit/close the game traditionally, then reset your router.
